Kenya drafts legislation to regulate cryptocurrencies

Kenya is preparing legislation to regulate cryptocurrencies, marking a shift from the cautious warnings previously issued by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).On Jan. 10, Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi reportedly said the government is “committe
